What you get

Run your whole programme from one portal.

The Org Portal and Android app give your team everything from school provisioning to funder-ready impact reports — while every sponsored classroom keeps running fully offline.

🏫

School provisioning

Create schools centrally, then issue a one-time connection token and a signed licence key for each one — the teacher activates and goes live.

📊

Impact reports

Track total schools, active schools (7-day heartbeat), unique learners, puzzles completed, learning minutes, and weighted quiz accuracy.

📄

Funder-ready exports

Export filtered impact reports as styled multipage PDF, Excel-safe CSV, or structured JSON — straight from the Org Android app.

📱

Org Portal + Android app

Manage schools on the web or on the go. The Org APK includes provisioning, reports, billing, and credential workflows.

🔑

Licence management

Regenerate or reissue a school's licence key at any time. Plan-based school caps are enforced automatically across your programme.

📶

Offline-first schools

Sponsored classrooms run fully offline on teacher devices. Impact data syncs to the Hub whenever a connection is available.

🗣️

Local language learning

Games translate to Bemba, Nyanja, Tonga, and Lozi — so your programme reaches learners in their own language.

Questions

Organisations ask us.

How does approval work?

Apply at /org/apply. Your application is reviewed by the UbuntuPlay team, and you're notified when your Org Portal access is ready — then you can sign in and start setting up your programme.

Do our sponsored schools need internet?

No. Classrooms run fully offline on the teacher's device. The Hub only receives aggregate impact metrics when a device comes online — teaching never depends on a connection.

How do we report to funders?

Filtered impact reports export as styled PDF, Excel-ready CSV, or JSON, and termly summaries aggregate your whole programme — so board packs and donor reports come straight from real classroom data.

What is a one-time connection token?

A single-use credential that pairs a teacher's classroom server to the school you provisioned — together with a signed Ed25519 licence key that activates their plan.

Can we grow the programme later?

Yes. School caps follow your plan, so you can upgrade any time and reissue licences from the portal as your programme adds schools.
