Organisation Portal

The organisation portal lets NGOs, school chains, and district offices manage multiple schools, view aggregated impact data, and handle billing from a single dashboard.

Getting Access

Organisation accounts are created by the hub administrator. You will receive:

Your portal URL: https://ubuntuplay.fly.dev/org/login
Login email and initial password
A connection token for each school you want to register

Dashboard Overview

The overview page shows aggregate data across all your schools:

Metric	Description
Total Schools	All schools in your organisation
Active Schools	Schools with a heartbeat in the last 7 days
Total Learners	Unique learner count across all schools (deduplicated)
Puzzles Completed	Total puzzle completions across all schools
Learning Minutes	Total time students spent on learning activities
Quiz Accuracy	Weighted average quiz score across all schools

Adding a School

Go to My Schools → Add School
Fill in school name, country, contact name and email
Click Create School — a connection token is generated
Share the connection token with the school's teacher for the classroom server setup

Tokens are single-useEach connection token can only be used once. If the setup fails or needs to be repeated, generate a new token from the school's settings page.

Managing Schools

From My Schools, click any school to access:

Edit — update name, country, contact details, and notes
New Token — generate a fresh connection token if the school needs to reconnect
License — reissue or regenerate the school's license key at any time (including schools that never received one)
View Reports — school-specific impact data
Clear Reports — delete stored report files for this school

Impact Reports

Go to Reports to view learning data across all your schools.

Filters

Date range — filter reports by when they were received
School — view data for a specific school

Export

Click Export CSV to download a spreadsheet of all report data — useful for grant reporting and impact documentation.

Android App

The Org Portal Android app gives you the same dashboard, school management, provisioning, and reports on a phone — plus on-device report exports (styled PDF for presentations, CSV for spreadsheets, JSON for system imports). Signed-in organisation admins can download it from /downloads/uplay-org.apk or the Downloads page. The app updates itself: it checks the hub for new releases and offers a one-tap Update Now.
